TD-LTE and 5G product requirement collection, analysis and feedback. \xef\x82\xb7TD-LTE and 5G radio access network solution making and optimization. \xef\x82\xb7TD-LTE and 5G product configuration verification and algorithm implementation interpretation. \xef\x82\xb7TD-LTE network performance monitoring, analysis, & KPI Improvement. \xef\x82\xb7Wireless radio interface technical solution presentations such as 5G frame structure solution, VoLTE solution, inter-operating solution. \xef\x82\xb7Provide customer with clarification of functionality implementation, such as VoLTE, FWA,call drop rate, etc. \xef\x82\xb7Communicate with point people and experts and solve what I can\xe2\x80\x99t handle. \xef\x82\xb7LTE Network Optimization including New & Swap Sites and handling problems like call drop, handover failure. \xef\x82\xb7Handling customer complaints regarding call drop, handover failure and providing suitable solutions. \xef\x82\xb7Monitor and analyze LTE RAN Network Statistics (KPI Reports) for poor performing cells and necessary changes done to improve cells performance on daily basis. \xef\x82\xb7Achieve and maintain the LTE RAN Network Performance as per the threshold KPIs (Accessibility, Mobility and Service Integrity). \xef\x82\xb7KPI affecting alarm tracking and checking of parametric inconsistencies in the Network to optimize the performance on regular basis. \xef\x82\xb7Start new features in 4G networks, monitor KPIs and submit functional reports. \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for screening of 4G quality difference cells, summarizing 4G quality difference cells and sending them to related personnel, mainly dealing with 4G quality difference cells, including access class, maintenance class, mobile class and quality class. \xef\x82\xb7The overall network assessment, including the structure category, resource category, perception category, parameter categories, etc., and output assessment reports and suggestions for settlement. \xef\x82\xb7User perceived optimization of topics, combined with user complaints, quality of KPI poor cell network, carding the core of the problem, through the front desk RF optimization and optimization of background parameters to enhance user perception. \xef\x82\xb7Scheme formulation of replacement from 4G hardware to 5G hardware and software updating. \xef\x82\xb7Technical support for all wireless related issues and activities. \xef\x82\xb7Technical training for local staff and customers. \xef\x82\xb7Hold the Webe, Digi and UMobile workshop, as the radio expert, give technical presentations & answer clarification questions.
