1. Experimentation:
Conduct experiments and tests according to standardized protocols and procedures to develop new products or improve existing ones.
2. Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather, record, and analyze data from tests and experiments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
3. Equipment Maintenance:
Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly.
4. Sample & Material Handling:
Prepare samples, test materials, and manage the inventory, storage, and disposal of chemicals and other lab supplies.
5. Lab Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering strictly to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
6. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with production and engineers, communicate findings, and contribute to project goals.
