QUALIFICATIONS

  • STPM/ Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of receptionist/ customer service experience
JOB SCOPE
  • Responsible for handling front office reception
  • To attend all incoming calls, general enquiries, guests, clients and walk-in visitors
  • To attend to all enquiries from customers/ visitors before directing to the respective personnel
  • Arrange courier service and handle incoming/outgoing calls, mails, documents and faxes
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office
  • Record and booking of rooms for schedule meetings
REQUIREMENTS
  • Responsible, disciplined, patient and pleasant character
  • Good customer service skills
  • Well organized, able to maintain punctuality attendance.
  • Well groomed and presentable
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
