1. Attending to phone calls and visitors in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
3. Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcel.
4. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.

2. Maintain the general office filing system, documentation and correspondences.
3. Undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.
