Job Description

• Possess Bachelor in Human Resource, Business Management or any related field
• Proven work experience as a recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Self-driven to achieve target
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Actively source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Collaborate with universities and colleges for internship students, fresh graduates and part time
• Actively involve in career talks, events, or any source of generating new leads of candidates
• Assess applicants\' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Conduct orientation and trainings
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as tasked
