: Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower & hiring requirements Recruit for Warehouse and SPX Express operations, including sourcing, screening & interview scheduling for candidates, with a focus on rank-and-file profiles Organise & collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure understanding of hiring needs Lead, mentor and manage junior recruiters Liaising with external vendors and/or government agencies to support recruitment needs Manage and update weekly headcount and recruitment reports Support other HR initiative and projects as assigned Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in both PMET and non-PMET staff Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or related industries will be an advantage. Familiar with common recruitment channels used for hiring blue collar workers and PMET staff for Logistics sector or similar industries Proven track record in managing high volume recruitment within a short timespan Ability to focus on KPIs and deadlines Strong ability in managing internal and external stakeholders High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiar and proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc) Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
