Description Responsibilities Execute recruitment strategies and initiative to attract and retain top talent for RHB. Focus on transactional and volume recruitment for RHB. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines. Source and screen candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to offer guidance and advice on candidate selection Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements. Facilitate documentation to smoothen onboarding processes for new hires. Meet SLA on recruitment turnaround time and manage cost per hire as per the direction from management. Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements set by BNM and internal control. Provide regular updates to stakeholders & weekly reporting as required on recruitment progress. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. 1- 2 years\' recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong candidate management skills.
