Job Description


Our client is a leading healthcare technology company specializing in the distribution of medical devices, diagnostics, and healthcare solutions across Asia.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Source and screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process for corporate functions
  • Monitor the recruitment performance metrics
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adopt new technologies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement an employer branding strategy to promote the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, job boards, and other recruitment-related platforms
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Collaborate with the marketing communication department to align employer branding with the company\'s overall brand messaging.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across various corporate functions.
  • Proficient in monitoring recruitment performance metrics and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies, along with expertise in employer branding to promote the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice.
