The recruitment manager will develop and lead a high-performing team of recruiters to close 100 positions in a timely manner within 12 months. The recruitment manager will take ownership of the recruitment delivery and relationship management, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs, targets are achieved and value is generated for Wonders.

Successful Outcomes

• Lead and empower a recruitment team to generate results against business goals within 6 months
• Develop accurate hiring forecasts for supported business teams and share them with stakeholders.
• Educate hiring managers regarding available talent in the market and salary offers.

Key Prior Experiences

• A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years experience leading a team. Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Skilled in OKR methodology to guide teams in setting, achieving, and tracking measurable goals.
• Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or others preferred.
• Experience in the restaurant technology service industry is a plus.

Requirements

• Mandarin and English fluency is a must.
• Open for both on-site and remote, or hybrid in one of our global offices.
• Amenable to work on early morning shifts.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
