Job Description

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong rapport with hiring manager to understand hiring requirements.
  • To design and update job description.
  • Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals.
  • To source potential candidates from various online channels.
  • To screen incoming resumes/ CV and application form.
  • To arrange and schedule interview sessions for Hiring Managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • To generate HR/ Recruitment related reports to the management.
  • Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
