Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Build strong rapport with hiring manager to understand hiring requirements.
To design and update job description.
Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple job portals.
To source potential candidates from various online channels.
To screen incoming resumes/ CV and application form.
To arrange and schedule interview sessions for Hiring Managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
To generate HR/ Recruitment related reports to the management.
Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
