CARLETON EXECUTIVE SEARCH JOB DESCRIPTION \xe2\x80\x93RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST Your job as a Recruitment Specialist is to support the search consultants in the execution of search engagements. This includes creating search engagement strategies necessary to identify outstanding candidates and then executing the candidate identification and profiling processes through a variety of primary and secondary sources. The Recruitment Specialist will participate in client calls and meetings and provide materials including target company lists, comprehensive market maps and potential candidate profiles Participating in candidate\xe2\x80\x99s development. When appropriate, the Recruitment
Specialist will source knowledgeable industry sources and, over time, manage candidates through the search process, including candidate approaches and referencing. Job and Responsibilities:- - Coordinates with the Consultant to define necessary requirements for open positions. - Make cold calls to companies to get names and get in touch with potential candidates to share career opportunity. - Sourcing for clients through database/Linkedin/Social Media/cold call/ recruitment platforms - Conduct interviews with potential candidates through phone interview and map the accuracy with the job opportunity. - Ensure potential candidates resume comes in timely. Requirements:- - Minimum Bachelor Degree, SPM will be considered with 2 years working experience in any industry. - 1-2 years working experience - Training will be provided - Speaks good English - Must be passionate and creative in getting potential candidates to a better job career. - High energy, and not afraid to pick up phone to cold calls. - Able to take rejections, and continue to make it into a positive opportunity, never give up attitude. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:
