: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and universities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interview schedules, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates for future positions. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 to 5 years of recruitment experiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to start immediately an added advantage.
