You will focus on working with the commercial business and human resource leaders to define hiring needs as well as build and implement cost-effective, results-oriented recruitment strategies that yield excellent hires throughout the region. You will also lead a smaller but highly performing recruitment team. You will: Lead ramp up\xe2\x80\x99s for high volume roles but also work on critical or niche roles Use creative sourcing tools to source, screen, and present high-quality candidates. Develop appropriate and consistent communications with internal clients and senior human resource partners to ensure a positive client and candidate experience. Use analytics to provide strategic direction on talent pools, understand recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring. Negotiate complex executive offer proposals that will typically include base, bonus, long-term incentive compensation and other executive benefits. You are: Passionate and results-oriented, with a minimum of 8 years of broad and diversified professional / experience in commercial recruitment with a track record of success. Fully knowledgeable of commercial roles and their recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods (referrals, research, direct sourcing, internet search, search firms, etc.), and external agency relationship management. Experienced using analytics/data/metrics to drive business results and impact business performance. Excellent in negotiation, relationship management, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
