Role Description This is a full-time on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and facilitating training. Qualifications Experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Bahasa and English, other languages is a plus. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Experience in training and developing staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems and HubSpot. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the tech industry is a plus. Self driven and able to follow up independently. Must have own transport.
