About Our Client

Our client is amongst the renowned MNC FMCG companies in Malaysia. With exceptional presence globally, they\'re expanding the team and are looking dynamic talents to join the team.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules for the assigned region that take into account capacity constraints and material availability.
  • Ensure that customer service levels and inventory targets are met through effective planning and execution of supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, production, and logistics, to ensure that supply planning aligns with demand forecasts and production schedules.
  • Conduct regular capacity and material availability analyses to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Work with the factories and logistic warehouses to coordinate the delivery and receipt of materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including sales and customer service teams, to ensure that customer requirements are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in full.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • 5 years minimum of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, and proven track of record.
  • Experience in capacity planning and inventory management in a regional or global context.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • SAP ECC knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
