Get to know the Role We are looking for an SME in Dark Store Operations to assist the SME lead in building up supply chain and operations capabilities for Grab to operate as a retail organization across key SEA countries. We believe a successful candidate has the ability to work closely with different stakeholders, product teams, and business owners to build up our dark store and Omni-channel grocery vision. The individual will work across markets to monitor countries\xe2\x80\x99 KPIs for supply chain efficiency, operational productivity, cost efficiency and forecasting accuracy in activities such as inventory planning & management. The individual will also support the SME lead to build and implement frameworks and best practices across our markets. The individual should have the relevant knowledge and experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, and supply and demand planning for the dark store and Omni-channel store operation. The Day-to-Day Activities

• You will assist the SME lead in rolling out strategic initiatives to build regional systems critical to support at-scale retail operations across the SEA region. Examples include WMS, Demand/ Supply planning systems, regular procurement & supplier management systems, and product master data management systems.
• You will support and assist to build team capabilities and processes necessary to run end-to-end operations at scale, such as store operations, inventory planning, replenishment and inventory management processes.
• You will monitor country performances via tools and dashboards across the region.
• You will drive projects and develop documents and training materials which will be rolled out across countries.

The Must-Haves

• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations with eCommerce / quick commerce and groceries experiences as a plus.
• Experiences should include operations management, inventory planning/ management, supply/ demand planning, S&OP and international trade.
• Regional experience will be advantageous.
• Good excel, written and communication skills.
• Degree in Supply Chain.
