We are looking for a Regional Employer Branding & Digital Specialist to ensure the development of online/offline assets for websites, multimedia marketing & email campaigns, social media CRM campaigns, as well as the production and editing of video content, aligned with the Corporate and Employer Branding Framework.

A day in the life of...

  • Project manage multiple stakeholder requirements, within quick timelines, across multiple markets within Asia, Oceania, Africa & Middle East region.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand the brief and propose appropriate social media platforms, establish creative direction, building strong relationship and great work practices.
  • Innovate the Nestle employer branding through authentic, fun, and engaging communication content strategy riding on snackable and trending new media format e.g., TikTok + IG Reels.
  • Oversee the content strategy, creation and execution for all regionally owned Employer Branding Campaigns, Careers digital pages (Careers website pages, LinkedIn, Nestle Careers IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter, internal onboarding portal, CRM, alumni community, etc.) and align with the market Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing team for content creation as needed.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars across regional Careers social media channels for each Nestle businesses that supports the Corporate and Employer Brand Framework.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team in sharing creative vision for social media content, off-line campaigns defined by the markets and mass e-mail campaigns that is aligned with Corporate and Employer Brand Framework as well as relevant social media trends.
  • Responsible for identifying creative opportunities for Integrated Talent Management.
  • Remotely lead creative direction during photo and video production shoots in partnership with stakeholders, from idea generation and storyboarding to final delivery within budget.
  • Ensure that all your creative assets tell a story and get the Nestle Employer brand messaging across in a clear and aligned manner.
  • Ensure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reporting, routinely analyses, review and report campaign performance to identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement
What will make you successful
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media trends and successful experience in managing Digital and social media - familiar with digital publishing, software and online channels asset best practices (e.g., general design rule for email creation, landing page layouts, banner sizing, etc.)
  • Proficient in MAC and strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects. XD)
  • Experienced with professional photography and video creation, direction & editing
  • Experience in engaging with communities (talent communities, alumni communities, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, understanding of Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in creative copy writing for adverts and website.
  • Analytical - high competency with Google analytics, Facebook Manager, Social Studio, Excel (and the rest of MS Office) and a good head for numbers and working with data sets.
  • A highly committed & proactive team player with 'can-do' attitude and possess open, honest & straight-forward style of communication.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at the same time.
