Develop, formulate, and implement transformation strategies and remedial efforts to strengthen the resiliency and effectiveness of Group CDB.
Understands the Financial Industry and SEA market landscapes to strategically steer transformation initiatives across Group CDB to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats.
Champion the change efforts in alignment to the various operations transformation and digitization initiatives by reviewing and providing insightful and forward-looking solutions to the salient operational issues/matters for Group CDB.
Engaging business unit leaders and acting as trusted advisor in helping them develop and grow their respective Divisions.
Rally and align senior leadership across Group CDB to build a shared vision in terms of driving strategic excellence.
Defining strategic projects across Group CDB which includes Digital Assets, Touch \'N Go, Corporate Development, Program Management, Business Planning as well as future strategic business partnerships and collaborations.
Support implementation where necessary of a portfolio of strategic projects and play an influential role over project outcomes by working closely with key project stakeholders including project directors and members.
Support initialization and mobilization of new strategic projects, including development of proper project objectives, timelines, costs, and resources, as well as appropriate Key Performance Indicators.
Support management of program interdependencies and risks, for multi-functional and multi-geographic initiatives.
Support change management functions where relevant.
