We are partnering with a global supplier of sustainability solutions for industrial markets. They have a strong presence across different regions and ambitious growth plans across Asia Pacific.
The Role
Based in Penang, Malaysia, the Regional HR Lead will lead the HR function for multiple manufacturing sites in Asia. Reporting to the Regional CEO (Asia) based in Malaysia, this role will focus on strategic HR responsibilities such as leadership development, culture shaping, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and business partnering. The Regional HR Lead will also be responsible for end-to-end HR operations such as payroll consolidations, employee life-cycle management, process improvements, and compliance.
The Individual
This role suits an HR leader with team management experience and extensive manufacturing background within large multinational firms. Being at ease operating within a matrixed organisation and serving as a liaison between local, regional, and global entities is necessary.
