Your Opportunity Join our team as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and become a valuable member of the Asia Pacific HR family, dedicated to agility and innovation. Our focus is to add value to the organization and its people. Working alongside a lean, supportive and dynamic team, you will serve as a critical resource in developing recruitment and employer branding strategies, while building talent pipelines that support our business objectives and growth plans.
Areas of Contribution
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, employee reference and etc).
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates.
Screening and interviewing candidates to assess fit and suitability for job roles.
Developing and promoting the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Working with hiring managers, HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Contributing to overall workforce planning and talent management strategies to support the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives and growth plans.
Desired Skills and Experience
Five (5) years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity. APAC regional working knowledge and expertise preferred
Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
Advanced proficiency in the English Language
Experienced in managing recruitment processes and teams across multiple geographies and/or cultures, with a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges of recruiting in different regions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as well as internal stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organisation.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with HRBPs and other teams to ensure an integrated and effective talent acquisition function.
Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision making, with experience using regional recruitment metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and insure teams across multiple locations to achieve results and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Experienced in implementing and managing recruitment technologies and platforms that support the regional talent acquisition function, such as online assessment tools / video interviewing platforms.
Experienced in high volume frontline recruitment or recruitment of professional positions would be an added advantage.
