Your daily activities as Regional Marketing Manager - ASEAN Region will be:
  • Media research & outreach: Support traditional media outreach and digital/influencer engagement campaigns
  • Work with designers and content writers to generate creative assets along the complete customer journey.
  • Together with communication experts, orchestrate campaign and asset development across a network of media partners and owned channels, for example websites, social media campaigns, expos and events and sales presentations.
  • Tracking, reporting and evaluation of all owned campaigns.
  • In alignment with global marketing and the regional marketing team lead, responsible for the development and implementation of local marketing and communication plans.
  • Enable sales to win: Ensure that our sales and partners have the best tools at their disposal to promote Admirals to prospective clients.
  • Seminar and event planning, preparation and support.
  • Analysis and feedback of the competitive environment as relates to marketing.
  • Analyse performance of social channels and help plan new social initiatives to grow audience across our various social channels in the region.
  • Be a team member of a global marketing team and foster information exchange between global and regional teams.
Requirements

You are best for this role if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Communications / Marketing / Media, or relevant
  • Self-directed individual who can work both independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated with the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market
  • Experience in media planning and buying, with the ability to replicate best practices and establish new processes.
  • Experience with campaign-management and ad-tech platforms.
  • Experienced in communication tactics e.g. content marketing and nurturing.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to ground recommendations in insights, research, and experimentation
  • Team player who delivers results on time and with high quality
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Other languages considered a plus.
