A Snapshot of Your Day

You are involved in a variety of activities in supporting the financial planning and analysis, such as: regional budget and forecast planning, month- and year-end closing activities, and deviation analysis.

Additionally, you will drive projects in our team, e.g. around process optimization, simplification & project financial performance improvement.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

\xc2\xb7 Regional P&L and balance sheet planning, analysis & monitoring.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and lead regional top-down and bottom-up planning, and proceeds with revolving plannings, and periodic forecasts during the year.

\xc2\xb7 Deep-dive analysis on regional business performance (growth, profitability, cost & headcount planning).

\xc2\xb7 Evaluates cost structures in
11 countries within the region Asia Pacific, builds and maintain controls and coordinate the implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain headcount planning for
11 countries in Asia Pacific.

\xc2\xb7 Lead and coordinate the yearly re-org of business reporting lines in the region.

\xc2\xb7 Provides regular business reports to regional and global functions management, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management.

\xc2\xb7 Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations and contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling.

\xc2\xb7 Perform evaluations of assets and liabilities and manages inventory measures on a regular term.

\xc2\xb7 Actively support and involve in the implementation of Transformation of Industry global initiatives in the region.

- Perform forecast, actual P&L analysis and tracking to planned cost. Perform a review on the overall impact of changes throughout the month.

- Monitoring and controlling major net capital employed positions (inventory, valuation allowances, etc).

- Monitoring cashflow (including Account Receivables plan) and lead the coordination with Commercial Project Managers.

- Ensure correctness of cost books & records.

\xc2\xb7 Empower the team in general topic such as better collaboration, inclusion & diversity and process simplification.

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 Sound Degree in Finance/ Economic/ Business/ Accounting field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven record of experience with controlling & reporting at least 15 years.

\xc2\xb7 Cross-countries (regional) role experience.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge on financial data analysis (P&L, FCF & NCE).

\xc2\xb7 Experienced with SAP/ SPIRIDON and comfortable with overall data digitalization.

\xc2\xb7 Good ability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Strong personal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smart perception of business needs of the company.

\xc2\xb7 Team player and interpersonal skills
