Responsibilities:

This Regional Performance Marketing role is meant for a senior individual who is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of various online marketing channels, and the ability to analyse data to optimize campaigns for maximum performance. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong performance marketing capabilities, experience with organic and paid marketing channels, strong marketing analytics skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, an innate ability to build and execute the right performance marketing playbook and a track record of exceeding expectations.

You will report to the Head of Marketing - DSS.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and define campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leadership and teams, including sales, product development, and copy /creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Own performance strategy briefs and actively manage, monitor and collaborate with our official external performance marketing agency to enhance campaign execution and hit all performance KPIs.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Channel Management:
  • Oversee various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM (Google Adwords Paid Search), Retargeting, LinkedIn Marketing and email marketing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging channels to ensure a cutting-edge approach. Leverage marketing technology tools and platforms to automate and streamline processes.
Stay informed about and implement new tools that can enhance campaign performance focussed on B2B lead generation, optimising cost-per-acquisition and improving the conversion rates. * Work closely with the PropertyGuru and DSS performance

marketing agency to ensure that monthly and quarterly performance KPIs are met.

Budget Management:
  • Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels.
  • Monitor campaign spending and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyse key performance metrics.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement and refine attribution models to accurately assess the contribution of each marketing channel in the customer journey.
  • Adjust budget allocations based on attribution insights to maximize ROI.
Conversion Optimization:
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad text, ad creatives and ad copy.
  • Conduct regular testing of new channels, messaging, and creative approaches to optimize performance. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within
the wider marketing teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 5-6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience at the agency-side or client-side, preferably in a fast-paced B2B, B2C / D2C or SaaS environment.
  • Should have core working knowledge of Google paid search, retargeting and Google analytics. Understanding of LinkedIn marketing solutions is a definite plus for this role.
  • Should have been certified at least once over the last 2 years in at least 2 out of the 3 certifications listed here: Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification, Google Analytics Certification.
  • Proven and consistent track record in effectively planning and managing performance marketing strategy, budgets, campaigns, agency vendors (optional) and in exceeding ROAS / lead generation / performance targets.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in an B2B startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
  • Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with agencies and within the PropertyGuru business.
  • Coachable attitude: Should be willing and able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, the multiple DSS products, processes, and stakeholders extremely fast.
  • Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup.
  • Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • Proficiency in using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Salesforce CRM etc.
