A Snapshot of Your Day You are involved in a variety of activities insupporting the financial planning and analysis, such as: regional budget andforecast planning, month- and year-end closing activities, and deviationanalysis. Additionally, you will drive projects in our team,e.g. around process optimization, simplification & project financialperformance improvement. How Youll Make an Impact

• RegionalP&L and balance sheet planning, analysis & monitoring.
• Coordinateand lead regional top-down and bottom-up planning, and proceeds with revolvingplannings, and periodic forecasts during the year.
• Deep-diveanalysis on regional business performance (growth, profitability, cost &headcount planning).
• Evaluatescost structures in > 11 countries within the region Asia Pacific, builds andmaintain controls and coordinate the implementation.
• Maintainheadcount planning for > 11 countries in Asia Pacific.
• Leadand coordinate the yearly re-org of business reporting lines in the region.
• Providesregular business reports to regional and global functions management, withrespect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountablemanagement.
• Carriesout ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations and contributes toconceptual and project work related to controlling.
• Performevaluations of assets and liabilities and manages inventory measures on aregular term.
• Activelysupport and involve in the implementation of Transformation of Industry globalinitiatives in the region.
• Additionaltask: Lead the controlling and reporting process for STG business in Australia,which includes:
• Performforecast, actual P&L analysis and tracking to planned cost. Perform areview on the overall impact of changes throughout the month.
• Monitoringand controlling major net capital employed positions (inventory, valuationallowances, etc).
• Monitoringcashflow (including Account Receivables plan) and lead the coordination withCommercial Project Managers.
• Ensurecorrectness of cost books & records.
• Empowerthe team in general topic such as better collaboration, inclusion &diversity and process simplification.

What You Bring

• SoundDegree in Finance/ Economic/ Business/ Accounting field.
• Provenrecord of experience with controlling & reporting at least 15 years.
• Cross-countries(regional) role experience.
• Extensiveknowledge on financial data analysis (P&L, FCF & NCE).
• Experiencedwith SAP/ SPIRIDON and comfortable with overall data digitalization.
• Goodability to present and formulate clearly own ideas and proposals for improvement.
• Strongpersonal drive to lead and accelerate the business growth together with smartperception of business needs of the company.
• Teamplayer and interpersonal skills
