DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives in Southeast Asia.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective distributors, providing support, training, and guidance as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance, address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and pricing strategies.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.

• Analyse sales data and market information to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in sales performance.

• Travel within the Southeast Asia region as needed to meet with distributors, attend trade shows, and participate in sales meetings and events.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the oral care or dental industry, with a focus on managing distributors.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in the Japanese language is a plus.

• Have basic knowledge of supply chain or experience in managing import and export.

• Able to handle vast amount of documentation work, including preparing reports.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective distributor management and relationship-building.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region.
