Regional Sales Manager (Southern) - FMCG - Based in MelakaJob Responsibilities
Spearheading domestic sales and marketing effort to achieve management objective.
Developing domestic business and market through distribution and trade promotion.
Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
Planning and formulating sales strategy and promotion activity.
Analyzing market activity to reform sales strategy.
Negotiating with trade partner for favorable trading conditions and terms.
Control and maintaining promotion fund spending based on budget.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers.
Communicate and guide team members to achieve Top Managements direction and objective.
Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
Attending to domestic sales and marketing issues and problems.
Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
