Job Description


1. To welcome and greet customer/patient/visitor upon their arrival at the counter. Menyambut dan menyapa pelanggan/pesakit/pelawat semasa ketibaan di kaunter (beri salam/ucap selamat). 2. To ensure all telephone calls are attended promptly and efficiently following the AVISENA BrandService Standard guidelines. Memastikan semua panggilan telefon dijawab dengan baik dan cekap mengikut garis panduan AVISENA Brand Service Standard 3. To perform role in the registration process effectively based in standard SOP. Melaksanakan proses pendaftaran yang efektif mengikut standard SOP yang ditetapkan. 4. To update, verify and check all required data for patient and payor including insurance coverage upon registration. Mengemaskini, mengesah dan memeriksa semua informasi yang diperlukan termasuk perlindungan dan penggunaan insurans pesakit semasa pendaftaran. 5. To ensure all patient\xe2\x80\x99s particulars are update accordingly Memastikan semua maklumat pesakit dikemaskini dengan tepat 6. To ensure all patient\xe2\x80\x99s particular are keep confidential. Memastikan semua maklumat pesakit dirahsiakan. 7. To be able to offer option for patient if the Doctor/Specialist is not available. Menawarkan pilihan kepada pesakit sekiranya Doktor/Pakar tiada. 8. To ensure prompt, efficient and personalize services rendered to all customers at all times complying to the AVISENA BrandService Standard guidelines. Sentiasa bersedia memberikan servis yang terbaik, tulus dari hati dan mesra kepada semua pelanggan mengikut garis panduan AVISENA Brand Service Standard. 9. To implement RIU Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) towards best services and excellence result in AVISENA Way Audit and AVISENA BrandService Standard. Melaksanakan SOP untuk RIU bagi meastikan servis yang ditawarkan adalah yang terbaik serta mengungguli keputusan AVISENA Way Audit and AVISENA Brand Service Standard. 10. To provide prompt service recovery prior to any complaints reported. Menawarkan bantuan atau penyelesaian segera ke atas aduan pelanggan yang diterima.

  • Project excellent customer service, build and sustain good rapport with all customers including doctors and other staff.
Mempamerkan servis khidmat pelanggan yang terbaik, membina dan menjaga reputasi baik dengan pelanggan termasuk doktor serta staf lain. 12. To take reasonable care at workplace for the safety of oneself, others and to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety, health and environment as required. Report all accidents or incident and hazard to the superior and complete the Incident Report Form for each accident or incident. Mengambilkira keselamatan di tempat kerja bagi diri sendiri serta pasukan dan mematuhi segala arahan keselamatan pekerja, kesihatan & persekitaran yang ditetapkan. Melaporkan setiap kemalangan atau insiden dan amaran bahaya kepada pihak atasan serta mengisi Insiden Report Form bagi setiap kemalangan atau insiden. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month Benefits:
