Job Description


An international CPT Markets company with global offices around the globe currently hiring for their Malaysia Office based in Bukit Nanas, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities : Contributing to the implementation of the company\'s market penetration and expansion strategy Staying abreast with the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicating clients about them Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level services are provided Performing personal clientele analysis and taking actions as required Performing market data analysis and reporting Providing suggestions on system enhancements Ensuring compliance with the company\'s legal guidelines and compliance procedures Acting in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperating with the rest of the team to perform business development Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related Fluency in English and Mandarin Previous experience in FX industry in the similar role- A role that works closely with the team and other relationship managers to assist in handling client relationships for the company- Act as the key main contact for administrative tasks and duties for clients- Liaises with Business Management, the teams of other Relationship Managers, Investment Services & Products, Operations, Treasury, IT, etc. for functional efficiency- Develops accounts and maintains existing client relationships- Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets and objectives.- Builds market share; able to enhance client asset size over time.

  • Consistent track record of minimum xxx years of relevant work experience within the relationship management function
  • Investment Financial product and key financial technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic investment solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, you are able to listen, guide and advise external and also internal key stakeholders
  • Result driven work approach, a high level of flexibility and personal responsibility paired with an indefatigable entrepreneurial spirit
  • The highest professional work ethic and performing fully in line with compliance standards, internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Dedicated to take responsibility to maintain the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture
  • CFA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and chinese as well as in the native language spoken by our key clients
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or relatedFluency in English and MandarinPrevious experience in FX industry in the similar role
