Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Manage day-to-day processing, control and monitoring of Outward remittance, Inward Remittance and Deposits for our clients, as well as to provide support our Business Lines and clients, including our e-banking clients. \xc2\xb7 Day to day servicing of clients including handling corporate customer service requests on remittances \xc2\xb7 Attend to calls from internal and external clients on their queries and proactively render assistance. \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing letters of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation and limit activation \xc2\xb7 Perform \xe2\x80\x9cmorning action\xe2\x80\x9d duties such as seeking manager / team leader for approval to accommodate clients\xe2\x80\x99 current account excesses or other transactional exceptions. \xc2\xb7 Do proper filing of documents for customers. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in remittance \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related products is a definite advantage \xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
