R&D Assistant Manager

to anchor the KITSUI product pipeline. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of our next-generation beauty products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic R&D Leadership

Product Development & Project Ownership

Lead Formulation Projects:

Oversee the development life cycle of multiple complex Health, cosmetic and skincare products (serums, masks, creams) from

concept brief through pilot-scale batch production.

Technical Guidance:

Provide expert technical mentorship and direction to R&D Execs/Technicians on bench-scale trials, troubleshooting formulation issues, and refining textures to meet performance and cost targets.

Cross-Functional Management:

Serve as the primary R&D liaison, coordinating aggressively with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure formula specifications, timelines, and launch requirements are met.
Quality, Stability, and Compliance

Stability Program Ownership:

Take full ownership of the accelerated and real-time stability testing programs. Interpret complex data (pH shifts, viscosity changes, sensory panel results) and authorize the final stability sign-off for market release.

Regulatory Documentation:

Direct the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive technical files, safety data sheets (SDS), and regulatory documentation required for global market submissions, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.

Lab Oversight:

Oversee the R&D lab, ensuring stringent

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

compliance, managing the budget for raw material procurement, and guaranteeing a safe, audit-ready environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
