Job Description
To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Product Knowledge:
To be familiar with hotel's policies and procedures (SOP).
To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel.
To "master" the room product in terms of rates, room detail.
To be well knowledge of Rates Structure - corporate, government, travel agent, OTAs rates and etc. in order to provide accurate deals / packages to guest.
To be familiar with the hotel's credit policies to effectively handle and process billing requirements.
To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, proficient in operating the various reservations systems
