The Reservation Agent plays a key role in assisting guests with booking accommodations and providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Reservation Handling:
Assist guests with inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or online channels.
Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities.
Process reservations efficiently and accurately in accordance with established procedures.
Customer Service:
Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate reservation details and special requests to relevant departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and optimize reservation processes.
Sales and Upselling:
Promote additional services and amenities to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue opportunities.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with administrative duties related to reservation management, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining reservation records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of reservation information in the booking system.
Qualifications:
Skills:
Good communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Certifications:
Any relevant certifications or training in customer service or hospitality are advantageous but not mandatory.
