A Reservation Agent handles hotel room bookings through phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system. They assist guests with inquiries on room rates, availability, and special requests while providing friendly and professional service. The role also involves coordinating with other departments for guest arrivals, managing changes or cancellations, and ensuring all reservations follow hotel policies. Their main goal is to help guests secure the right room smoothly and support the hotel's overall booking operations.
