Handle and process room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and special offers.
Update and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
Coordinate with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest check-ins.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and last-minute reservations.
Upsell services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Resolve any reservation-related issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare daily reservation reports and assist in occupancy forecasts.
