Job Summary / Purpose: To effectively and efficiently handle and convert all reservation inquiries and ensure accurate booking information is ascertained and communicated to the operational team; to ensure customer delight and to support the achievement of the hotel. 1. To ensure that all reservations are recorded by following the established SOP with full and clear information and the input are accurate and prompted onto the system. This includes booking cancellations, adjustment/revised & No-Shows. 2. To manage all bookings, inquiries and availability for Wushiba Apartments in professional manner. 3. To liaise with all departments (especially Front Office) to ensure the best service is provided to customers. 4. To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business ensuring the ability to provide a thorough response and customer inquiries. 5. To carry out any other related task/duties as advised by the Asst. Sales & Marketing Manager / Revenue Executive. Qualifications / Skills / Experience Qualifications Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Skills Customer service, computer literate Experience Entry level. Fresh grads are welcomed. Proficiency in Mandarin language will be advantage for being shortlisted
