Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Training Administration: Class Scheduling.
  • Training Resources Management & Utilization:
  • Checking trainer availability
  • Generate purchase order (PO) to supplier, vendor and trainer
  • Brief trainers on the checklist
  • Course Materials arrangement
  • Training facility allocation
  • Send class link for Virtual training o Book remote lab
  • Facility arrangement: Arrange Room Rental and PC Rental with Third Party.
  • Third Party Training Programme management: o
  • Compile pricing o Manage student registration
  • Manage class status o Request attendance list & Evaluation Form upon class completion
  • Logistic arrangement for Trainer and Customer including Air Ticket, Accommodation, Visa Arrangement and etc
  • HRDC related matter such as SBL Khas Courses Application, Internal Grant Application & Claim
  • Update Course Outline and Trainer Profile
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical ability
  • Results driven and customer-oriented qualities
  • Independent and positive personality
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Selangor
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
