Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Training Administration: Class Scheduling.
- Training Resources Management & Utilization:
- Checking trainer availability
- Generate purchase order (PO) to supplier, vendor and trainer
- Brief trainers on the checklist
- Course Materials arrangement
- Training facility allocation
- Send class link for Virtual training o Book remote lab
- Facility arrangement: Arrange Room Rental and PC Rental with Third Party.
- Third Party Training Programme management: o
- Compile pricing o Manage student registration
- Manage class status o Request attendance list & Evaluation Form upon class completion
- Logistic arrangement for Trainer and Customer including Air Ticket, Accommodation, Visa Arrangement and etc
- HRDC related matter such as SBL Khas Courses Application, Internal Grant Application & Claim
- Update Course Outline and Trainer Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical ability
- Results driven and customer-oriented qualities
- Independent and positive personality
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any discipline
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Selangor
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
