Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position: Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Compliance Senior Specialist Your Responsibilities Lead and organize RBA compliance activities To update the management on the latest changes in the International Code of Conduct Standards; including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Workplace Condition Assessment, International Labour Organization (ILO), International Organization of Standardization (ISO) and other relevant standards Collaborates closely with suppliers, internal teams and external partners to drive positive environmental and social impacts across the organization and supply chain Initiate and conduct process Audit. Communicate internal non-conformance issue, co-ordinate with relevant HODs on improvement actions required on poor performance and propose corrective action plan to prevent recurrence Involves assessing supplier facilities, evaluating ethical business, labour and environmental practices Identifying potential compliance gaps, and recommending improvements to uphold the RBA\'s principles Contribute to all relevant ESG, ISO and Customer compliant topics in Kulim, Malaysia campus project and program management To assist the Head of ESG Programme, in collaboration with the respective functional Department and internal and external key stakeholders, in preparing ESG topics and a comprehensive AT&S ESG roadmap in Kulim Serve as a liaison between all relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in ESG issues Matching in full AT&S focus area and targets to support campus ESG profile Assist the Corporate Sustainability Department and other relevant departments with all ESG-related activities such as audits, customer programs, integrated management system, RBA, contract review, business ethics, etc To facilitate the adoption of best practises as deployed by the AT&S group Your Profile Bachelor\'s Degree & above in Sustainability, Sciences, or Business Studies related field. Relevant RBA certifications (Certified EHS and/or Labour and Ethics LE Auditor) are advantageous 5 years and above on industrial working experience in auditing, compliance, sustainability, or supply chain management, preferably within industries related to electronics, manufacturing, or consumer goods Familiarity with ethical and sustainability standards, particularly the RBA Code of Conduct, and a strong understanding of responsible business practices Strong technical background Passionate and quick learner with a strong academic record Several years of professional background in RBA experience Ability to run and build connections with multiple functions in a matrixed organisation Detail-oriented approach to conducting audits, analysing information, and preparing accurate reports Thorough knowledge of project/program management techniques, tools, and methods Effective team player who can organise and prioritise tasks Capability to conduct research and analysis with key stakeholders; manage and interpret results; take corrective action in the event of deviations; and conduct root cause analysis to improve and provide advanced solutions.
