Job Description


  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Agree and manage budgets
  • Plan menus
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
  • Promote and market the business
  • Oversee stock levels
  • Order supplies
  • Produce staff rosters
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Take reservations
  • Greet and advise customers
  • Problem solving
  • Prepare and present staffing/sales reports
  • Keep statistical and financial records
  • Assess and improve profitability
  • Handle administration and paperwork
  • Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, authorities and sales representatives
  • Make improvements to the running of the business and developing the outlet
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary school is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
