As a Restautant Manager, you will assume full responsibility for overseeing the restaurant. Your role involves leading, managing, organizing, coordinating, and promoting various activities with a primary focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position requires strong leadership, customer service skill, problem-solving capabilities, effective communication and organizational skills.
Oversee Daily Operations
Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Supervise staff performance and workflow.
Customer Service Management
Train and guide staff to provide excellent service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints.
Inventory and Stock Ordering
Manage stock levels and reduce waste.
Place orders for supplies and ingredients to ensure sufficient stock.
Cost Control and Budgeting
Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
Optimize resources to maximize profitability.
Hygiene and Safety Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Facility and Equipment Maintenance
Ensure restaurant equipment is well-maintained.
Monitor and schedule necessary repairs
Financial and Sales Management
Prepare basic financial reports.
Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management or bachelor's decree/diploma in other faculties with prior work experience in the similar sector.
At least 3 years working experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with managing POS systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Analytical mindset to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Accountability and responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,899.00 - RM3,999.00 per month
