- Proven experience working as a waiter in the F&B industry.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Non Muslim due to business nature (Non-halal)
- Guide guests to their seats and provide friendly service.
- Assist guests in understanding the menu, introduce specialty dishes, answer guests\' questions, and take their orders.
- Recommend specialty dishes, beverages, or meal packages
- Handle guests\' complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cooperate with the kitchen, other servers, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, ensuring the hygiene and safety of tableware and the restaurant environment.
