s (Candidate Must Be Living in KK) Has no transportation issue to commute to work Likas/Kolombong Report to Retail Head / Assistant Retail Head Preparing Product info with picture to all outlet (Has Basic Graphic like Canva) Updating & Keying new promotion in system of the company Preparing listing promo and update to outlet Reply Messenger, comment at Outlet main Page Facebook and other social media (Retail) Handle customer careline Undertake Administrative of Retail Department (Such as letter draft, Memos) Double check membership form Other task required by the Management Requirements- Minimum Diploma in any related field- Has two (2) years in administrative / retail Job related working experience- Minimum Requirements STPM/ Diploma in related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative / clerical work Can do simple basic artwork for information purpose (Canva Level) Date key in/ Book keeping / Generating Simple Report/ Taking Minutes during meeting Assist Superior in customer management task Familiar with retail industry and has administrative skills will be an added advantage
