Requirements and Skills :
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE AS CATEGORY MANAGER OR SIMILAR ROLE
- SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF CATEGORY MANAGEMENT AND SALES PRINCIPLES
- UNDERSTANDING OF DATA ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING METHODS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND STRONG LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- STRONG MARKETING KNOWLEDGE AND MARKET RESEARCH SKILLS
- ABLE TO PLAN AND EXECUTE THE ENTIRE PROJECT ASSIGN ON TIME
- Managing daily,weekly,monthly and yearly KPI such as sales,GP,other incone
- Manage department or category inventory within budget
- Managing supplier performance,identifying and assessing potential new supplier
- Improve range and assortment
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends competitor products and pricing
