Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bDevelop regional leads / retail specialist oversee and deliver sales focus segment (SME, Fibre, Corporate, Government).Conceptualize, plan and execute Retail Enterprise projects for Maxis retail.Develop/Implement sales tools for tracking, review and reporting of performance of team/market in delivering Enterprise KPIs and targets.Share relevant data, information and presentations with internal / external stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and feedback.Ensuring all system & operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.Responsible for the overall execution and outcome of tactical programs including overall integrity and coherence of programs.Define programs requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.Manage, coordinate and track program effectiveness.Implement sales tracking, review and reporting of performance of Maxis retail team in delivering Enterprise KPIs and targets.Monitor daily sales trend and dashboard with analysis on what\xe2\x80\x99s next.Ensure headcounts on ground are sufficient and productive for daily operation.Work with cross-functional teams in planning and execution of tasks/programs. Work closely with GTM on go to market readiness and LDU for training request on solutioning, soft skills, tele-sales or any skills related matter.What\xe2\x80\x99s next?
