Job Type: Full-time Retail Customer Service

• Support customers by answering product and membership service questions
• Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries
• Give customers service information including product and membership details
• Process service and return transactions at the register in alignment with company\xe2\x80\x99s100% customer satisfaction guarantee
• Accept payment for goods, make change, and issue receipts
• Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly
• Support Retail Store Pick-Up (RSPU) by helping them with the receipt of goods from truck; and process customer pick-up
• Perform specialized transactions like Facebook Live orders, messenger orders, Whatsapp orders
• Work engage with operation team for daily online orders and delivery arrangement

Operations Administrator Qualification

• Diploma in business admin or its equivalent
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
• Must be able to type
• Must be abreast of administrative procedures
• Willing to learn or have product knowledge
• Having a previous customer service experience would be an advantage
• Effective communication skills
• Must be teachable and be ready to adhere to company policies
• Must be available to work impromptu, depending on business needs.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift and Night shift
