Job Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operation management throughout operating hours of Melaka showroom. Manpower sourcing and management including hiring & training. Conceptualise and execute a variety of customer-focused events, emphasising experiential retail. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events align with the brand and resonate with the target audience. Develop and manage event budgets, emphasising cost-effective planning. Work on training schedules and identify achievable objectives for the team, drive team performance and growth, understanding all products and guidelines. Total inventory management and upkeeping (product display & loose items as defined). Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and vendors. Other ad hoc duties assigned. Requirements: 4-6 years of solid experience in Retail, field force management and/or Event Management. Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitive to figures and statistics. Good communication and report writing skills. Highly motivated team player with strategic mind-sets focus. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Supervisory experience and well manage with vendors will be advantage. Able to travel across KL and Melaka, you\'ll be based in KL office. Able to work on weekends when necessary.
