Retail Marketing Manager
Job description
Join an international retail brand as a Marketing Manager to lead total brand management and strategy across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual 360-marketing plan for total stores across Malaysia.
2. Manage and prepare detailed A&P budget breakdown for all marketing channels.
3. Increase brand awareness through both ATL and BTL channels.
4. Work closely with KOLs and influencers to reach increase brand outreach.
5. Plan and execute PR strategies for upcoming new product and store launches.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of retail marketing experience (experience with apparel will be an added advantage).
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese will be advantageous).
- Able to work well independently.
- Strong communciation skills and business acumen.
- Prior experience in KOL management.
