Retail Operation Manager (beauty)

Job Description
This role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations while leading and managing all aspects of the stores. This includes to ensure the store meets its sales targets and provides exceptional customer service while managing the overall business efficiently.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Oversee inventory levels, including stock ordering, replenishment, and monitoring of product expiration dates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including beauty consultants.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in retail management experience, ideally in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Candidate with ability to communicate in Mandarin have added advantages.
