Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees and enforces brands standards and SOPs and ensure consistency.
- Oversees service standards for all boutiques to ensure high level of customer engagement.
- Oversees boutiques daily briefing and role play.
- Oversees and enforces operations SOPs and policies.
- Responsible in providing operational support and assist in smooth-running of operations in boutiques.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess minimum bachelor\'s degree.
- Between 4-5 years working experience in similar position preferably in luxury retail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates positive mindset and attitude.
