Job Description


We are urgently / actively looking for a strong, ambitious, experienced team leader / account manager who is capable of handling the work of the department of retention for the foreign market.

  • SPM and above or Equivalent
  • Work experience in a Fintech industry position in a CFD/finance broker of 3 years minimum is necessary
  • Experience in sales, Retention and marketing.
  • Developed leadership and organizational skills;
  • Systematic thinking, skills for building business processes;
  • Confident PC user: MS Office (Excel, Word), internet. CRM, telephone, Back office.
  • Strong command of the English language
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage each portfolio of the Retention/Sales department by acquiring new and retaining existing clients;
  • Reports the results of the department to the Operations Manager
  • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner to ensure a consistently high level of client service
  • Identify process improvements and maintain a full knowledge of Client Services manuals and procedures
