Primary Objective:

• Liaise with the relevant parties to conduct the material risk assessment, the development of the annual risk appetite statement and submission of the ICAAP Report to the regulators
• Maintain the governance documents on MRA, Risk Appetite setting and product development & approval.
• Coordinate and clarify on the review amongst risk management subject matter experts on product and strategic business proposals

Key Responsibilities:
Product & Strategic Business Proposal

• Coordinate with the Proposers and various teams within Group Risk Management to obtain feedback and comments on the product / strategic business proposals within the agreed timeline
• Review and check on the clarity and quality of the feedback and responses to ensure common understanding
• Manage the logistic, Agenda and prepare draft minutes of the Product Review Committee (PRC)
• Obtain the relevant sign off from all the review parties at PRC for record maintenance
• Review the Post Implementation Review Report for submission to relevant committee
• Prepare the draft of the relevant governance documents on product development and approval
• Manage the repository of product proposals submitted and reviewed by Group Risk Management

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

• Minimum 3 years in risk management, compliance or front office in financial industry
• Experience in product management and Basel implementation projects will be an added advantage

• Reasonableunderstandingonoverallrisk management and banking products
• Good understanding and knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations
• Good analytical and writing skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
